Team Shadow Dancer Free Running

just felt like writing its 2 am and i just rewoke up so i thought i would post.

we got some new moves down, we plan to acouly put them on land soon.

A few people have agreed to join us and most are still yet to come hang with us to show there stuff. Taylor is our first girl free runner and shes got what it takes. She showed great promise at the gym and if she gets over her fears she will be one of the more exciting memebers to watch.

Anyone is able to join as long as they live in the Tucson area and if not you can still join the site and just be a fan and ask us questions, request things, and help promote us.
